Cancellation availability depends on the fulfilment status of the order or item.
Before fulfilment
If cancellation is available in your account, submit the request as early as possible. Once preparation, dispatch or another irreversible fulfilment stage has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Partial cancellation
Where supported, individual quantities or items may be cancelled without cancelling the entire order.
Payments
If payment has already been collected for an approved cancellation, the applicable refund process will be initiated.
